1. Your passport
2. Travel plans - where you want to go, how long will you stay, who will you be visiting? (Address of where you intend to stay)
3. Travel history
4. Background information 
5. If you have already begun your application, please make sure to have your application number ready to continue.
6. Credit card for processing payment on your end. 
7. Accurate information is an absolute must in order to complete a successful application with positive results.
