VISA APPLICATION CONSULTING AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DipX, LLC, a visa application consulting service (“Consultant”), and the undersigned individual (“Client”).
By signing this Agreement electronically, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Scope of Services
Consultant agrees to provide visa application consulting services, including assistance with document organization, procedural guidance, and support related to the visa application process.
Each case is treated personally with integrity, professionalism, and respect, using the information provided by each individual Client.
All details and documentation used in preparing the application are based solely on the information supplied by the Client, and Consultant shall not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations resulting from false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Consultant does not represent, warrant, or guarantee any outcome, approval, or decision by any embassy, consulate, or immigration officer.

2. Consultant Is Not an Attorney
Client acknowledges that Consultant is not a licensed attorney and cannot provide legal advice or representation.

3. Non-Guarantee of Outcome
Client understands that visa decisions are made solely at the discretion of immigration officers, and Consultant does not guarantee any approval, issuance, or specific result.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Client agrees that all payments made to Consultant are non-refundable, regardless of the final outcome of the visa application, any government decision, or Client’s withdrawal from service.
5. Personal Information (PII) and Data Protection
Consultant is committed to maintaining Client confidentiality and data privacy.

- All personally identifiable information (PII) shared is used only to support the visa application process.
- Consultant does not retain or store Client’s PII beyond the completion of the process.
- If data must be temporarily retained for a specific circumstance, it will be securely deleted immediately upon submission of the application.
- All photographs, document copies, and digital files are deleted as soon as the application has been submitted.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
All consultations and communications between Consultant and Client are confidential and may not be recorded, reproduced, or shared without written consent.
Client further agrees not to record any session (audio or video) in order to protect privacy and ensure a secure and individualized experience.
Consultant will not disclose Client’s information to any third party except as required to complete the visa application process or by law.

7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
- Review all documents prior to submission.
- Attend all scheduled consultations and cooperate fully with Consultant.
Consultant shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or denials resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Client understands and agrees that Consultant’s total liability for any claim related to services rendered is limited to the amount paid by Client.
Consultant shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including visa denial, travel disruption, or related costs.

9. Agreement to Terms
By electronically signing below, Client confirms they have read and agree to this Agreement in full, and consent to the terms governing their visa application consultation with DipX, LLC.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan.
