My name is Yasemin Ramadanova and I’m the founder of DipX, LLC, where I help individuals and families navigate the visa process with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Before founding DipX, LLC, I spent nearly a decade as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer (diplomat), interviewing thousands of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applicants at U.S. embassies and consulates around the world. That experience gives me a clear understanding of the visa process and what consular officers look for and how decisions are made. Today, I apply this knowledge to help my clients avoid common mistakes and put their best foot forward – providing information to make and complete their visa journeys with integrity, in an ethical, deliberate, and successful manner.

But this work is also deeply personal. I’m the daughter of immigrants. I’ve seen firsthand how challenging — and emotional — the visa journey can be. That background fuels my passion for making the process less overwhelming for others. I understand the anxiety of interviews, the stress of paperwork, and the hope that comes with every application. In addition to my professional background, I speak five languages, which helps me connect with clients from many walks of life.
